Spinach and Feta Omelette

  - Eggs

  - Fresh spinach

  - Feta cheese

  - Diced tomatoes

  - Chopped onions

- Instructions:


  1. Whisk eggs in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, and dried oregano.

  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil or butter.

  3. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook until the edges start to set.

  4. Add spinach, feta cheese, diced tomatoes, and chopped onions to one half of the omelette.
